Will the charge be repeated after the order is placed?
We only charge once.
What are the acceptable payment methods?
Loloclub accepted PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, JCB, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and American Express.
Why didn't I receive an order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation within 3 minutes of placing your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation, it is possible that you have used a different or invalid email address to place your order, or that your order confirmation has been filtered to the spam folder.

How can I change my order or shipping address?
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, we may be able to edit your order before processing shipping. Please contact support@loloclubbuy.com directly with your order number in the subject line and the order information you need to modify in the body of the email so we can make the changes immediately.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address or cancel the order. thank you for understanding.

We offer free shipping on orders over $59, and a flat $6.99 for orders under $59.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once we have successfully fulfilled your order, you can find your tracking information via the dispatch confirmation email.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
All orders ship within 1 -2 business days of purchase (excluding holidays and weekends)
